Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Location: Beaverton, OR

Pay: $22 - $24 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and support.
  • Communicate effectively in Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat.
  • Process orders, track shipments, and resolve issues with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain detailed records and provide timely follow-ups.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (manufacturing or electronics industry preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.

Schedule & Benefits:
